M MrIQR Well-known member Polaris HMK Dec 26, 2016 #1 Going to be tearing my 15' down for crank seal and Pistons next week. Never tore one of these a part before. Other then top end gaskets/orings, injector orings, crank seals, Is there any misc gaskets I should order and replace?

M MrIQR Well-known member Polaris HMK Dec 26, 2016 #3 Yep, will be splitting them. Got 3bond on the shelf already. Thoughts on applying it to the seals/grooves they sit in?

D Drewd Well-known member Jan 11, 2017 #8 Have fun, just finished mine (an 09 Dragon 700) and need to drop it back into sled. My gasket kit was missing a water pump gasket which sucked as I couldn't finish things as quickly as I wanted. Good luck, a factory service manual and a camera to take lots of pics helps.
