Going to be tearing my 15' down for crank seal and Pistons next week.

Never tore one of these a part before.

Other then top end gaskets/orings, injector orings, crank seals, Is there any misc gaskets I should order and replace?

i would split the cases to put the new seals in so you will need a tube of threebond.

Yep, will be splitting them.

Got 3bond on the shelf already.

Thoughts on applying it to the seals/grooves they sit in?

That's what I'm thinking.

thoughts on the boysen turbo reeds?

Then I Just need to decide on what kind of Pistons to go with.

i like the rkt direct replacements i don't know about the reeds i heard the v force suck though

Got some rk teks.

Boysen turbo reeds should be here any day and I can get to work

Have fun, just finished mine (an 09 Dragon 700) and need to drop it back into sled.

My gasket kit was missing a water pump gasket which sucked as I couldn't finish things as quickly as I wanted.

Good luck, a factory service manual and a camera to take lots of pics helps.

I would recommend pressure checking the engine after rebuild, before installing it back in the sled
