I've been having issues with cold hands so far this season. Tried spray foaming the grips the other day, it helpe. Now I've noticed my thumb warmer is nonexistent.

And what I found to work the best to keep my hands warm on the trail and super cold days is gauntlets. They really keep the warmth inside and the cold out. They make cheap ones that can velcro on your bars quickly and even roll up onto the bars during the day while riding in the mtns. I really like them
