Replacement parts for 2 wheel kit

I have an 05 Rev with an aftermarket 2 wheel kit. I've lost the outside bolt and retainer part. I bought the sled used with the it already installed.

Any idea where I can get a replacement part? The logo on the part on the otherside shows W overlaying a 2nd W.
