Has anyone found a replacement lithium battery for the 7S on a manual start sled that fits in the factory battery box?

My factory battery is shot. I would like a lithium so it will hold a charge for months instead of self discharging and going dead like lead acid. Looks like I can buy a replacement lead acid for $15, so probably just going to go that route with the expectation of replacing it every year.
