Replace The Bulky Brake lever set up on a 2006 RMK 700

If you want to spend the money you can get an aftermarket brake master cylinder. I see them for around $100. Only problem then is you have to relocate all your switches and stuff. A lot of peole have mounted them on the steering post or in the plastic by the steering post somehow. I'm sure more will chime in on this. When i put handguards on my old edge i just grinded down some of the plastic on the master cylinder to make them fit.

do the master cylinders have to be machine specific and where would i find them i can only find the throtle side

FasTrax Motorsports has the Wilwood.

A good used Master cylinder from a Ski Doo ZX/REV/XP will work.

I like the metal ones better... Like on a 2003 ZX summit or the new Dragon RMK's

The REV and XP levers are made of plastic and cant take a hard hit...Which is why I prefer the ZX and Dragon levers.

You will need a new brake line as well since the ends are different and there are no adapters in that direction.

im wanting to put hand guards on my 2006 Rmk 700 but i dont know how it would fit on the left side

I put dragon hand guards on mine and there's plenty of room...no issues at all.

I used the hand guard attachment pieces made for the regular bars and put the Red/Blk Dragon guards on in place of the all red ones.
