Removing Side Wind Deflectors/Wings ??

How do I remove the side wings on my 06 SB? Need to remove them to install some vents.

I looked it over last night and couldnt figure it out....

Do I need to remove the headlight assembly? If so...how do I get the one screw in the front that appears to be impossible to get to...ha

Well couldnt get those side shields off. I did dismantle the entire dash and removed the dash assembly with the speedo.

I was able to get the holes cut easier with the dash removed from the sled. I ordered vents from Paul @ Fire n Ice. So far installation is going good. Ill snap a few pictures when I'm done.

Remove plastic push rivets if they are still there. Carefully pop wings back then carefully flex the wing out in the center between the two tabs that hold it in.

An alternative method is to run your sled into a big tree, this takes them off almost every time.
