You should be able to search topics on this and find plenty of info. ..but. .yes they work. Made an immediate and obvious change to my 13 Xm and how it handles in deep snow and climbs. Worth every penny IMO. I used SHRs brackets. .pretty easy install as long as you know how to pop ur skid out and drilling out the hemlock rivets on the boards are a pain for me, but I'm sure I didn't do it the best way to start

I have heard only positive feedback.
SHR has made a nice set of front plates to make it simple.
