Reima Premier bibs leak

Yea, they are 3 years old, but how/who do you talk to to get some warranty coverage?

Any suggestions? Searched for Reima and all I get is retailers.

Reima was purchased by Scott about 2 years ago.
Have you tryied washing them turned inside out in mild detergent and low heat tumble dry.

if they are Gore-Tex i beleive you contact them. If ReimaTec, they only had a one year warranty. Any kind of detergent will deteriorate waterproof membranes. Use Nikwax techwash, woolite, ivory flakes, or any other non-detergent. The pores will clog after use and some will think that the garment is leaking when it can no longer breath through the pores. Nikwax will open those pores back up as well as clean the outside

Revivex works on Gore-Tex fabrics, and similar products.

I talked to WL Gore today. If the bibs are not damaged, (they are not), they will "restore" them to new if possible, or replace.

It will cost me shipping, but like new or new is fine by me.

We will see what they say once they have the bibs.

BTW, Reima/Scott has never returned any calls or emails. Gore-Tex themselves was my solution.
