8oz extra creamy cool whip
Mix all ingredients together, spoon into small shot cups (or a big bowl for yourself ) and chill.

Okay here it is. It is really easy and good for parties! Just throw it all in a crock pot. I stole the recipe from a coworker.
SPINACH ARTICHOKE 3-CHEESE DIP<O</O
<O</O
2 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach, shredded (I USE THE FROZEN)
1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped artichoke hearts
1 ½ cups of chopped sautéed onions with 3 cloves garlic, minced
<O</O
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of miracle whip<O</O
salt and pepper, to taste
lemon juice or lemon pepper (optional)<O</O
<O</O
In a skillet, sauté minced garlic 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Do not brown.
<O</O
IN A CROCK POT:
<O</O
PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS UNTIL THEY MELT, add regular milk if it turns too dry
One of my favorites is to take a spinach/artichoke dip, add shrimp, spread over a open face hoagie roll, top w/Parmasian cheese then bake in 375 oven till toasty brown
this is one recipe that I always enjoy
Bloody Mary recipe
1 oz. to 1 1/2 oz. (30-45 ml) vodka in a Highball glass filled with ice.
Fill glass with tomato juice
1 dash celery salt
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash Tabasco
2-4 dashes of Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. horseradish (pure, never creamed)
Dash of lemon or lime juice
Garnish with celery stalk.
May be shaken vigorously or stirred lazily, as desired. Garnish with a celery stalk; a skewer of olives, pickles, carrots, mushrooms, or other vegetables; or even meat or fish (salami, shrimp, etc.) and cheese. Occasionally, pickled asparagus spears or pickled beans are also used.
its my favorite drink...
this is even better imo with clamato instead of tomato juice
(Use fillets off chicken size halibut or split fillets to 3/4-1/2 inch)
Put 2-3 Tbsp olive oil in a casserole or baking dish with one crushed/minced garlic clove and a dash or two (no more than that) cumin powder. (enough to thickly coat bottom)
Arrange fish in dish, sprinkle with red chili powder, salt and pepper.
Combine...
1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1 jalapeno seeded and minced, and 1 Tsp finely chopped cilantro. Spoon this over the fish and finish by squeezing fresh lime juice over each fillet.
Put fish uncovered into a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.

X 2!!
OMG!! Kara, are these what I missed at Dasha's bonfire?? good thing I missed them or I'd probably have 10 lbs to lose after a night of these! Can you sub real whipped cream for the fake stuff?
Hmmmm??...just might have to take this recipe to Reka with me. Mmmmmmm!!!
Yup, Dasha's bonfire was the first time I made them. I don't see why you can't use real whipped cream. I'm all for substituting low cal/low fat whenever I can and keeping the flavor. I do this for a jalapeno popper dip too cause I looove that stuff.
The jalapeno popper dip sounds awesome! Hopefully we'll see that recipe soon!
