Rebuilt 800 Polaris cranks:

Cranks are rebuilt with all parts checked and replaced if not in spec.
Big bearing kit on all cranks. Welded on request for a cost of $75.00.
Case mod is required, case must be drilled to let more oil into bearing.
This mod is simple and can be done by anyone by drilling a 15/64ths. hole
between where the two bearings set in the top of the crank case on the PTO end.
By drilling through the case you should come out into the oil hole or the casting indent (depending on age of case) on the top of the crank case.
