Rebates on 09's /Canada

I purchased my 09 Xp on Dec 1/08 in British Columbia and sent in all my paper work shortly after. Have yet to receive my beer money.
Is this a normal length of time for the program to fire off the loot?
I called (non 1-800 digits to Quebec of course) but got the computer run around with no answers yet !.

Sent mine in first week of january, yet to see mine either. Would sure be nice as gas money for a ride!

I received my $350 rebate about 2 weeks ago. I think I sent in the paperwork around November sometime. Interestingly enough the letter said "here is your $250 rebate" but in fact it was for $350.
