Rear Suspension Upper Idler Wheel Question

I have a question regarding the upper idler wheel on the rear suspension of my 06' SB.

There is a retainer which is held in place by a set screw. I used loctite when installing them and they still came loose are are rotating around with the idler wheel.

Any suggestions on how to make sure these retainers stay in place?

Do I have the idler wheel intalled right? Does it need to be flipped? It sure doesnt have much clearance between the lip of the wheel and retainer...?

Yes you have it installed correctly.
You could drill whole thru the drop bracket and mount a screw from the side into the plastic spacer..or try etching the torque arm a little where that set screw makes contact to give it more of a "bite" also.
