Lets get everyones ideas about how to set up a stock style rear suspension on a 09 RMK 800 155. To me it seems like for a good setup in the steep and deep, pulling the limiter straps in, and running the front track shock in the most layed down position is the ticket in the front of the skid. And then adjust the torsion springs/shock in the rear as soft as a guy can go without causing any bottoming. Doing this all would let the skid get up on top of the snow better would it not? For ditch banging and stuff like that I like as little ski preassure as possible so I let the straps all the way out, stand the front shock up more and stiffen the back shock up a bit. The manual that came with the sled doesnt really have any setup info like this, so am I on the right track?
