rear suspension setup help?

I have an 02 800 rmk 144.. what should i set the rear suspension at for good riding? when i stand on it, it feels like its basically bottoming out. there is a clicker thing that can go from "firm" to "soft".. im roughly 210lbs with gear on.. what should i do?:face-icon-small-con

There are 3 settings of preload on the rear/rear spring. Stiffen it up until you have 2-3" max of sit in. That will set your ride height.

Then dial the clicker stiffer until you don't bottom out going over big bumps. An occasional bottoming on a big bump is ok, but you want to dampen it so that the majority of the time you don't bottom out.

i know where the 3 settings are, should i set em so that they rods are sitting on the taller side of the 3? the middle side? or the short side? and what do you mean by "sit in"
-Thanks
