I talked to chad a while a go and it is a kawaski motor, he said that it costs about 5k every time he rides it because it has to be flown into the riding area, fuel cost, manpower to set up to run it, and it twistes the crank by the end of each sesion. as another side note nitro doesn't run below 50 degrees, so the fuel has to be heated before each run

last I heard its a modded Drag Bike engine......like out of one of these. Not a bussa engine. Im sure there pretty spendy.

chad rebec built it like 4 years ago, and i highly doubt someone paid him 100k and its a 1325cc kawi drag bike motor runin on nitro meth, and the bike sits in the showroom by the front desk in cr racing
