.rar files

Hey, can anybody help me with .rar files?
I download mp4 movies and stuff on bit torrent and sometimes they come through as a bunch of .rar files and i dont know what to do with them
Help
Please talk slow, im not that smart

.rar is another type of compression, like zip.... All you need to do is download Winrar and you will be good to go.

yeah, get a copy of winrar. There's a few *nix utilities for it, but they're commandline based and kind of a pain to get started (Lots of options).
