Anybody know or hear what the latest conditions are up in Forester ???

Hero snow there 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard of any good dumps since....

There was some good snow last weekend. Nothing new since then, weather has been spring like but temps look cooler for the next week.

The Catamount is a dangerous place this year with open crevassess. It is closed to sleds, but even so there has been 2 sleds dropped into large crevassess recently.

Last weekend wasn't bad if you went off the beaten path, it beat going no where.

I'm interested about the glacier in Catamount, were the riders up there in bad visability conditions, did anyone get hurt and did they retrieve their sleds?

I did not get much for details, other than one guy hit a crevass and was pitched over the bars, his sled dropped in. Another incident with the rider and sled falling in.

We rode into another area yesterday and there is not alot of snow. The dunes were not rideable with all the rocks showing.

Hey Will . I phoned Toby Creek & they said there was no snow in town & forester was flagged as red for avy's . Not much to play in either , so thats all I know I wish it was alot better out there every where ... NEED SNOW
