ok. first what are scratchers? second what exactlly do i need to purchase to do this job im reading diffrent instructions ? read a few links and posts but dont want to miss anything as i want to do this asap. please talk to me like i am a child so i do this right the first time .sleds just too heavy as is and this is a free helper

Go to "search" in menu bar just below where you see your username and private messages
In the drop down box choose "Advanced Search"
Type "Radiator Delete" in the Keyword Box and choose the Polaris: 900 forum to search.

It's not that I don't want to explain it to you, It's just that it is already explained in detail, with pictures, in more than a few threads in that search parameter.

Do some reading, familiarize yourself with it, reference your sled with what you see and read about. Then you will be able to ask specific questions about any issues you might be having.

slp intake

hey on my 900 i just did the slp intake and it works great. It takes out your radiator and comes with great instruction on how to do it. It also comes with a clutch cover that goes where your old air box was and gives you a place for extra belt. It is a great system you gotta do some mods to your old airbox because you use pieces from your old box on your new system. but its a cool system works good and i like the look of it as well. I recomend it because its pretty easy and it works god with there exhaust system which you will probably do next after this mod. Also i recomend ice scratchers from between the lines design. they are pretty sweet and dont break like every other brand does when you forget to put them up and go in reverse or in the powder. Dump the front rad. loose at least 10lbs., scratchers I use the rail mount,loose a few oz. w/o idlers. runs cooler ,wears on hyfax a little more but what the h$ll it's only $$$$$$$. After that Skies the limit.Pulls like a JD..LOL.....Talk to MH,Guido,Big Dawg,Polinz,I'm positive I've missed a bunch. Great Guys, Save Arse a bunch!!!!! I have an slp airbox,rad delete plate, modified boost box, and aluminum belt gaurd for sale they are $300 new from slp mine is slightly used in great shape $80.00+shipping.
