did somebody say the snow was deep?

Especially deep when couple slow pokes want see if they can find water in the creeks. Wish I would have taken a picture of that little fiasco, my truck would have fit nicely in that hole we dug. Guess the pumpkin was thirsty.

That was awesome..lost my cell phone sidehilling thru steep thick trees.

Go up and search around a few possible areas without luck..Entz calls from his phone (genius idea nobody else thought of) and there it was a few feet from where i was standing under about an inch of snow...SCORE!

I ripped my Gopro off my sled the next day and he found that too!

Damn I owe Matt dinner at least?

A couple friends and I are looking to make one more trip out west. Just wondering how big of an area Rabbit ears is and if it would be tracked up really bad by Thursday?

I would consider it a large area

I have always seemed to find fresh at the Ears... when others will say it is pounded. Venture off the beaten path and you will be rewarded

Supposed to have been cold temps this week...with a couple inches of fresh so I think Thursday would be good. Considering that there were not that many people over the weekend too.

being a local, there is always untracked for sure... like tudizzle said, just go of the beaten path, and you are sure to find... The ears has been pretty scarce as far as people riding lately... so untracked isnt hard to find... Damn Dizzle, i need to link up with you guys when there is some snow again, i need Entz to lend me his balls..

Dumb question, but where is the best place to park at Rabbit Ears. Never ridden there before but thinking one last trip if it works.

So true, I love spring riding, you can go thru the trees and not get scared of getting stuck. Today I found some killer untouched ponds that I tore up. I just wish i knew that area better to find the more technical stuff. Very very hard to see today

Kinda been snowing of and on all day.may have gotten a couple inches not enough to affect the riding any still spring conditions.

It's 80% water. As soon as the sun hits it, it'll be mush. But on the bright side, it's high water and that is the important thing.
