Rabbit Ears Pass Conditions???

A friend has a group heading out there March 13th. I should be able to join them if I'd like to. Never ridden the area before. What are the conditions currently like? Is there anywhere else I can find more info? How are avalanche conditions currently?

Rabbit ears is getting dumped on probly 15 to 18 inches since yesterday. Avalanche danger is there with warmer day time temps.

8 foot on the depth gauge at buff pass sat pre post above....still behind but not in bad shape

Rode there last weekend. As usual, it starts snowing the Sunday afternoon I was leaving

major blower today there. going back in the morning. Will post some pics. plenty of areas to ride without putting yourself in avalanche danger. conditions are unreal.

im going to steamboat this friday for a week with some guys wheres the best place to ride and unload from there? How is the snow there and any storms coming?

Steamboat is at the bottom of the pass, Rabbit Ears is at the top. It's about twenty minutes to the top from Steamboat. It just depends where you are unloading too. Where I'm talking about is the Muddy Creek lot. There's other access points too.
