I was reading a thread on the edge forum about setting up an rmk suspension for mountain/deep powder riding, and a common theme was moving the front shock to the lower/forward shock mount to help it climb on top the snow better. Has anyone done this with an edge rmk skid in a gen 1 chassis? It seems logical that one could get the same benefit in a gen 1 or gen 2 chassis.
It's a pretty easy change so I went ahead and moved mine yesterday when I removed the sway bar. It seemed to soften the suspension up a bit overall, so I set the torsion springs up from medium to the stiffest setting (went from the short end of the block to the long end).
