If a group was trying to get funding for grooming, would it be better to leave a road tore up or groom it prior to the officials looking at it? Basically showing them what it is or what it could be! Anyone please post if you have had any past experience with this or anyone who wishes to comment. Thanks

both..do half the road so they can see it both ways and how big of an improvement it is as well as that you know what your doing...
