Question about building a shed on a sloped concrete pad

It might be a good idea to cut a floor drain into the lowest corner once the building is up. Should help keep water from running under the wall.
 
just another thought that I consider the most important thing, is positive drainage away from the building.a general rule is 6" of fall 10'from the structure.this dosnt always work but get as close as you can to that and you will be ok.
 
Cut each stud level. For drainage make some saw cuts an inch deep or so in the slab toward the low side, that works fine. Sill seal will stop water but it's considered an air barrier not water barrier, but I would still recommend it, even to help keep spiders out. Just make sure you have some drainage, and maybe consider gutters of some sort
