Qd2 gearing on 800

I like it. Plenty of info on this forum to give you other opinions.

They work very well. Have to modify the belt backing plate a little to get the lower gear to fit since it’s much bigger diameter.

Unless you are finding a good deal on a used set-up you should jsut buy a TKI and then you can pick your gearing. The spare belts for the TKI are 1/3 the price of a spare from Polaris. I had a QD2 and sold it and with the money added what I would have spent for the spare Polaris belt, it paid for the upgrade to TKI.

Dexter, I have the same setup as you and just did the QD2 install, haven't ridden it yet but am fully expecting it to wake up throttle response.

As far as clutching goes, is everyone finding the stock setup sufficient or will changes need to be made?
