QD belt change

X2

In an emergency it can be done, but not easily. Best to purchase the installation tools!

Yes but a pain, especially out in the field.

Just get one from Happy Face Products...

Thanks for the info. I didn't know about Happy Face Products.

HERE is the link.

Can someone shed light on which tool a guy with the '13 update should buy? I had the updated hardware after Polaris issued that update. Does that mean I should have the '14 kit from Happy Face?

The 13 driveshaft update? meaning the clamp on the driveshaft?
The difference in the 14 tools is the thread depth in the jackshaft... if you have a 13 jackshaft you need the 13 tools

No you'll still need the '13 tools.

The 14' tool works in the 13' but the 13' does not work in 14'.

The threads are longer on the 14'

I went with the 14' tools so that I can use it on anyone in my group. They are not as clean looking while used on the 13' due to having more threads but this is not a concern for me, I just want to make sure all is well while in the backcountry...
