I see kits evolving from many manufacturers.....
All kinds of builds.....
I see many using the stock exhaust exits.....
Have you ever tested you products in deep pow?
Or are you just Dyno Queens???
The only working and acceptable Dump is in (Best) the Tunnel with muffler
or Shock tower.
I have one of the first BD -08 race gassers for dragon and i have tested
all types of exits..This one came with stock exit.
It was absolutly useless in any conditions but hard spring snow.
in pow it would choke and die.
i now run shock tower-But its LOUD!!
A thought for builders and Buyers....
Good Luck.

I run the shock tower exit and mine has a muffler and is not that loud!!and I run the skidoo lower A arm protectors and even in powder over the hood days it never chokes, got a freind with the tunnel dump and it works good untill he is stuck or stops in deeeeep snow I prefer the shock tower exit!!

I haven't looked under the hood of a new Pro Ride yet but is there room for a tunnel dump? With the IQ tunnel dumps, there was just enough room between the chaincase and rear suspension mounting bracket (with the help of removing the foot well stirrup.) Does the same hold true with the new chassis?

Yes there is enough room for the tunnel dump on these sleds. We Have mocked up a tunnel dump exhaust with a mini muffler for this chassis.

We are offering the stock exit dump, as we know many customers dont want to hack up there sleds first year.

With the large snow deflecter on this chassis, pipe plug should be minimal, only time will tell..

boy this is a hard as a manufacture of turbo kits. Everybody wants something different. i have tried about every dump combo that i know. yes even stacks!

tunnel dump plugs when you get stuck and the the motor never never cleans out unless you take your arm and clean out the tunnel area.

stock location is the cleanest location to dump. no hacking on your sled and fit is alot nicer. sometimes just need to be carefull when on a wheelie or side hilling on exhaust side.

fender exit or side dump is loud and most customers dont like that. but IMO this is the best way to get exhaust out.

stacks are also loud and fill with snow when you roll the sled. not good.

that is my .02 we will keep building what most customers want and if you want a one off just let us know.
