Yep it's July but Skinz and Sled Solutions are still thinking snow! The only thing we are waiting on is the actual weight savings.

· Kit options Include: Ultra-Q Silencer, Bumper, Air Intake Kit, Chaincase Cover, Oil Tank, Hood Kit, Side Panel Kit, lower side panel kit.
· Two different kits available for standard Proclimb and Mountain Cat with extended chaincase.
· Kit is also offered with just Air Intake, Lower Side Plastic, Side Panels, Nose Cone, Chromalloy Bumper, & Center Hood. (Note: This kit would require a silencer, Oil tank delete or a belt drive system in order to work.)
· Dramatic weight reduction and re-configured, narrowed plastic allows for a significant improvement in machine capabilities for extreme technical riding and backcountry scenarios. Drag and paneling is minimized and through snow efficiency is greatly improved.

Ok so they did change the lower belly plastics. Wonder how narrow the lower area is compared to my narrowed 16 plastics with skinny boards. Cause looks like they have their standard width boards on in those pics

They did modify the lower plastic and those are the standard boards on that sled.

Hopefully just the plastic kit is cheaper for us guys with cans, belt drives, and oil deletes already.

A few comments/questions:

- Need to know the weight loss.
- How does the kit work with a factory seat?
- The hole by coolant jug looks a little big
- Is there a video on how it functions and how installed?
- How durable is the plastic? While it take branch hits and rolling over? Is the plastic flexible or more rigid?

How much weight loss, that's the only benefit I can see because we are already 3" or more narrowed

When the numbers come in I'll let everyone know but like I said it's not available yet..

It WILL work with the factory seat, no details at the moment.

I'm sure there will be finishing touches that will remedy issues like that.

No video, Skinz literally got these photos done yesterday and I posted them.

Plastic is TPO, same plastic that the XM Helium side panels are made of and those held up fantastic.

Still not known, as soon as they pull production parts they will figure out the number. Correct on the number, $1500 gets you the plastics and hardware.

Aside from can and inner stuff, if you cash drop 20lbs or more from just the plastics that would be sweet, if it's narrow enough at the bottom.

If I build another cat the boards will be angled up and at least 2" higher and further forward. So I'm boy sure if it Will work for me but I lost 13lbs with just a hood so I think it's doable.

And a good intake is important

I love the way the side panels look and I kinda like the way they mounted the gauge.
I'm not sure I like the nose and front bumper though.
I've got a boost-it turbo kit on my 2016 LTD and would be interested in adding this kit if it'll work with my turbo kit?

As Chewy22 said, what's with the giant hole by the coolant bottle? Everything else is sealed off except for a large hole that's going to allow snow to drop into the engine compartment.. Did they miss a vent or panel?

Only time will tell, its way to early to know what turbo kits will work with this kit.

Again, the pictures are just for a the release of the product. Small details like that will be covered over the next couple months.

Sled Solutions, Can you request they put a drain bolt in the chain case cover? There's one in the BDX cover I used to have on my sled and it made chain case oil changes much less of a mess. I have a belt drive now, but others might appreciate it.
