put 09 plastics on my 900???

wanting to put new plastics on my 900?

Is 09 the first year of the new style w/alum bumper?

also will i be able to use my slp airbox with new 09 plastics and will they bolt right up in same holes as my 05 plastics?

All i need is fenders, belly, bumper assem, hood hinge? do i need new side panels or hood?

No SLP won't work. Stock or FNI is your best bet.

09 is the first year of the updated styling.

You need the fenders, belly, hood hinge, bumper, swaybar mounts, lower a-arm brace(front), and some clips and screws. Easiest way to do it is a kit from babbittsonline.com 09 kit or Fastrax with Cobe Bumper. The Cobe bumper is amazing, love mine.

Exhaust outlet in the plastics has to be filled in and recut. Most use a sheet of aluminum to block off the old.

i did this to my 9 and my brothers. we got ours from babbits. and as ghostwhite said. no the slp air box will not work. stock, timbersled, fire-n-ice all work.

yes the rivet up to the same holes you have to move the exhaust outlet. check out the pics in my build if you like. here is a link

i am sure it would work i just don't know if the fusion side panels would work. i am pretty sure the fusion side panels are diff. but if you used the rmk side panels it should work.

like BD said..i wouldnt see why it wouldnt work..replace the entire front end..

IQ center console

your now have an IQ, lol..

would be nice for those that wanna convert some more..worth a shot, or at least if you have a friend with an IQ, start taking his sled apart while he is sleeping
