Pumpkin seeds

GP. My mom always soaks the seeds in some worcestershire sauce then salt then slow roast overnight. It ads a little KICK O' flavor to the seeds.

Has anyone ever made their own Pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin guts? We did and they are awesome!!! If you do, tell me how you make yours.

Ya we do, and I love them. We put them on a cookie sheet and spread them out so there not to get piled up on to of each other, a little or a lot of salt. Put the cookie sheet in the over at about 350 to 375 and go till they start to brown and the seeds in side are firm or how ever you like to eat them. Enjoy!! It took us a few times to get it the way we liked them, after the second sheet we hader down
