Pump Gas or Race Gas?

I just now bought a 2006 arctic cat factory mod 600. I am going to pick it up tomorrow and I want to know if I should continue to run race gas in it or if I should spend the money and buy the heads so it can run on pump gas (91) octane? If I switch to pump gas will I notice a major difference in performance. Right now i think it will be better to change the heads because the cost of race gas is so expensive. Also if anyone knows the cost for 55 gallons of 110 octane currently that would be helpful.

Thanks,
John

your going to loose around 10 or so horse , Sunoco 110 is $6.80 here or $374 per 55gal drum. If your going to be running it at elevation 6500 and up don't waste your money on pump heads just run the high comp heads and cut the fuel 50/50 and at higher elevations you can run straight pump fuel of course you have to jet accordingly!

my buddy runs his 600mod at 10,500-13,000ft elevation with 380mains running straight 91octane fuel with race heads and has for two yrs with no problems. I am planning on running 340-350's running 50/50 91 and 110.I got a set up from speedwerx but it only goes up to 7600ft running 340pto and 330mag main jets on straight 110. was the setup for x-games in aspen.
here it is right from speedwerx:
2006 600sx mod sled. High elevation specs test was done in Co. for X-games.
