Pump gas mods forum ride

Just throwing an idea out there, its still VERY early, but want to see what people think.

Cooke City, MT January 9th and 10th
saturday being more of a pump only, go out and maybe do some racing, see how things compare, sunday, fill up with your own special mix, and do whatever, as far as organizing meetings, as things near we shall work on that.

a forum ride for those of us with mods, be it bigbores, boost, custom motors, whatever it is, come out and show what you got. Not really looking to make it a competition or anything, but a time for people with modded sleds to see how they do against others all on 91. obviously as its not really sanctioned or super organized, the 91 is sorta by honor. the goal would be more or less to see what people can make 91 do for them, how your setup compares to others and just get out and enjoy some riding.

just throwing ideas around, anyone who is interested in taking it a step farther, go for it, I just want to try to get the ball rolling on something as i think it could be a fun time.

didnt even think about it, but if a larger enough crowd is interested, cooke might be a good idea... fun town, and riding from town would make organizing MUCH easier as far as getting together and whatnot!

I'm down, and I'm sure my fellow boosted riding partner(bart0678) is down. If it's Cooke though, can we at least go av gas or 50/50 race/pump? If not it's cool but there's a lot of big stuff in Cooke to hold back on whatcha got. I'd personally like to see what some of the setups I don't get to ride with everyday can do. Maybe like a pump gas Saturday and a run what ya brung Sunday?

Good idea and yes I'm sure all of us would be running pump gas

This is the F@#kin truth...cough...cough...Taylor's, Tog, Buck....and pretty much everywhere else we rode last year. "Let's go ride Adam....I got the tow strap!":beer;:beer;

ya h and i have the beer money. working towards "reliable power" haha yah if there ever was such a thing. see you when the snow flys:face-icon-small-coo

this is what im lookin for.

i really dont care if you dont want to run pump, i know most people like to have more power. run whatever you want if you want to turn up the boost if you wanna try something done.

I know I have to get my sled running first if i want to play, figured i would get it out there for those who might want to make winter plans.

I was thinking it would be cool to have one day, watch everyone everyone fill the 91 up and see what we can do on just that.

bighoe... i like the idea for a 2 day thing. cooke just makes a lot more sense to me now thinking about in and out time and everything, ease of meeting and whatnot. sat, 91 for the honest folks. sunday, see how far the boost knob screws in!!
adam, what you runnin now?

just for the record, this stuff isnt race gas.... so run it if ya want! hehe, dont think i will be there yet, but we shall see!

my iqr chassis took a dump on me. twisted and mangled bulkhead that now resides under the sun in the dump:(. picked up a cheap m5 that will have a small hair dryer conversion on it. just hoping its enough to keep up with the likes of all you snowesters...

just bustin your chops dooinit hope that thing runs well for you.

a pg shootout sounds like a blast though, lets keep this one in mind boys!!

bummer on the iqr, sounded like it was a cool sled. tm5... interesting. probably a little ripper to cruise around on. and i hear ya on the keeping up, mine "should" have plenty of power, but heck people like product tester want to come, ill keep the boost down and play dumb.

glad some people bust my balls.... i need to get it DONE> if i work hard this weekend, i could possible get to start it next weekend.. no more partying, i need to wait for school to do that.

Im down. I will bring the R&D Custom Turbo Werx XP 800 to the show. Can we get an 800 dragon and m8 (product tester??) and an m1000 as well to have a friendly comparison with?? I want to see how the Doo fairs... Ill run pump gas on saturday and run watcha brung on Sunday if thats what ya want...or pump all weekend or open all weekend. I dont care lets just do it!!!

Jake

If SNOW JW, Bart and I come you will have your dragon and M8's. I'm sure product tester would be able to provide an M1000.

Sweet deal. If you asked me for how much boost can be run safely on 112 so you would have an idea of what I would be bringing...I dont use 112 so its all good. LOL

Just out of curiosity, what is everybody running for boost on pump gas? Race gas?
