PTO Bearing Failures?

I've heard of a few turbos running oil tank deletes that have ended up with PTO bearing failures, what is the consensus on this?
Is there a lack of oil to the bearing with the turbo taking a line?

I have not heard of any with our Silber kits but we do turn up the oilers.

this is not scientific but.......
after what 3+ years of injector oil kits wouldn't we hear
more folks having similar failures if there was a problem ?

seems like the word would get out ?
maybe not ?

i guess time will tell
