nice pup GP. How old? Did you guys have some serious anxiety issues as well?

Here's what mine started like

And last week, only 6 months old...he's really filling out nicely.

Congrats man!!!!! I hope my girls and soon to be born little man still tell me that as they grow up. course my 4 year old doesn't now, but that's cause she's a twit!! But she can't out run me when it's kiss time.

Our son that just started 3rd grade won't give me a kiss goodbye anymore at the bus stop. He said it's embarrassing. LOL! But he loves me lots when he is at home. Last night after his shower he wrote me a message on the mirror from the steam. "LOVE YOU MOM"! To cute!!!! I'm spoiled with love.

Our beagle is 7 and he has issues for sure. Nose to the ground and he is gone! Once he realizes he is almost lost and we're out of site he freaks and sounds like a kid crying for help. LOL! He loves to be with us all the time. And he has to be first when were riding the ATV's or when were hiking. No one can be in front of him, he just won't take it.

Oh and he pretty much eats everything. I think he chewed more teething toys up than the kids.

Yeah, Buster was a nightmare for the first 2 yrs.
More than once we talked about getting rid of him, very suborn dogs. But now he's the best ever. He does everything with us. Even sleeps on our wheelers just to make sure he never gets left behind.

Sorry fans I dont have the skills to get the pics from my phone to computer, take my word for it the Inglet pups enjoy the motor sports. They have their own quads and know how to use em! Time spent with the kids is time well spent. I have 2 teenage daughters that still tell the old man they love me, my boy still gives me a kiss good night, he's 10. My kids hear their dad say I love you at least once a day. I know my dad loved me although he never said it. Dont make em guess dads dont worry about how John Wayne would do it, with all the chit these kids have to deal with these days make sure they know they can count on dad, or mom. They do grow up fast my daughter is going to home coming next week?

I hear ya. My dad walked out on my mom and left her with 9 kids to raise on her own. I pretty much only know my father from pictures. My kids have absolutely no doubt that their daddy loves them. I have no problem showing them affection and love. I think it is super important for the little guys self confidence and our relationships. If I could still rep you for your post I would, but I'll have to settle for a slap of the thanks button.

My kids are 4 and 2 and love being with dad and i love being with them. i had to laugh I told my boys we where going to the cabin this week and my oldest said "dad thats dumb there is no snow yet"
