The oil reservoir on the 2012 PRO is located directly above the clutches and can leak.

I've come up with a product that will keep it clean up front. I am the original inventor of this product and have been producing them with quality for years.

FITS ALL PRO-RIDE POLARIS AND SOME OTHERS.

Dans necks work great!! The oil tank on my old Doo and all my buddies also all leaked until we got these things, then no more super tight cap and oil leaking out when you had to roll your sled:face-icon-small-hap

Just got mine yesterday
Quick shipping to Canada and solid product
Put it in BEFORE i had a mess

Thx again Dan!

easy install instructions .. i supply the o-ring with every sleeve now ... heating reservoir neck with a hairdryer prior to install does the trick without having to trim

Hey Dan,

Are you finding the o-ring necessary? I don't think mine came with one when I got one for my Pro from you last year. Still having leaking issues but I believe it is coming from the vent holes in the cap.

Cheers,

G

oring provides good seal under the lip of sleeve .. i think it is necessary .. :tea:

Ordered 5 and just installed one on my pro. Very nice tight fit. had to heat up the neck of the jug. Just warm to the touch. Then the insert pushed in with a little effort. should definately be no warping issue now.

sleeve seems to be just the ticket according to everyone i have spoke with .. 2011 owners are toasting belts from oil leaks .. belts at $200 a pop ouch !! .. got you guys covered :tea:

We bought 20 from Dan and sold them almost instantly, and he just sent a bunch more real quick and free of shipping. Buy a few extra and hook up your buddies, they work great and basically fit every sled out there. Two thumbs up for both this product and Dan's service. :tea:

I got a sleeve from Dan and it fits perfect, you can actually crank the cover down tight now. A major fix. I showed it off to two or three buddies and I'm sure they will be ordering soon!

Still leaking

Hmm i bought one of yours from chad heated the neck a little slipped right in. Problem is it still leaks. Could the cap be bad? Im sick of cleaning oil off clutches.

Yes -same here. My cap was leaking out the vent holes. Dealer replaced under warranty and keeping my fingers crossed; haven't had the sled upside down yet this season to make certain. :face-icon-small-win

Have FUN!

Got it on

Nice product! Well made and good service to get it to me. Thanks for the tip to heat the neck first. Recommend it before you have a mess.

i received mine, very nice product, very easily installed, just heat up the neck on the bottle.

top notch seller too, had mine within days of ordering it.

thank you

New cap

Put a new cap on and no leaks now had it on both sides as i swapped my new camo extreme 163 on. :) test it out tommorow

Got mine and it did take a bit of heat to install it

Bit of warning and advice to others

When I installed mine, it cut a sliver of plastic off the tank itself and luckily I saw it before it sunk into the oil.

So just be careful and look into the tank after install

The edges could be a bit smoother to avoid this
