Just finished the install on my 2013 Proclimb. At the end of the Instructions Boondocker gives starting numbers for the box. They don't make any sense to what I see in the box. What did your guys boxes come with and what did you change?

numbers

the numbers at the end of the instructions are for the 2012 box ,13 is different. should hav e two rpm screens then four psi screens maybe five can't recall ,and no os cr . 13 box aux injectors turn on at about 6 psi . some where on some ones thread I posted all the numbers and now have some updated numbers after 500 miles .

Ya I remeber seeing that post. I have been looking for it but cant find it.

I too have been looking for them we are installing the turbo on my dads sled this week and are going to be needing the numbers for the 13 kit

Call boondocker. Talk to jerrod or junior. They should be able to get you setup. I had them in my phone, but then it broke. While on the phone, ask them about the secondary injector power. The older 2013 kits were taking power from somewhere that lost power at high rpm, and they are sending a fix for it. The new ones are fixed. By 2013 kits I mean the box piggy backs directly off the ecu

as like most i found the mid to be a little hot raised rpm 5500 to all 00
then raised 5500 psi to 9 12 15 18
then raised 6700 psi to 11 17 19 22
this took care of power valve hot spot
raised psi 8200 (99) to 35 and this kept top end happy:face-icon-small-ton

those are pretty good, added more fuel in psi 7600 66-99 and more fuel in psi 8200 66-99. jared did some fuel tuning in the extra menu .i'll wait till I get the sled from the freight barge and post up new numbers. was at boondockers last week power relocate was simple, hardest part was taking hood off.

if anybody is having trouble building boost above 7-8 psi call bd .the box needs more power. and they treated me awesome ,jared, manny, sam all helped it was nice to see them care and get my sled building more boost.

What elevation are you riding at? I am finding mine to be a littler rich. I am also running the base turbo. wonder if that makes a difference.

Reid at Boondocker Canada told me about this. He warned me not to go above eight pounds untill I receive the fix

Reid installed the BD Tial kit on my 13M8 and made sure I knew not to go above the 8 lbs. Its going in next week for the power update. That being said, the kit has performed great! Deep snow today again, and it didnt miss a beat!

this trip we were at north preist lake id, and think it was about 6000-7500.then went to alpine wy 6000-8000 and afton 6500 8500 maybe a little higher didn't check gps at the top of sheep pass. started adding fuel on longer pulls as there isn't enough air flow through hoods on proclimbs even with vents and started to heat soak .

numbers

it will be interesting to see reids numbers and how the compare to mine and jareds numbers.should have sled back on Monday .

fuel

raised 6700 66 and 99 to take care of throttle modulation to keep it from going lean when backing out of throttle and getting back into it . and raised 8200 99 to add fuel for long hard pulls to keep from leaning when heat soaking . and none of this helped belt life haha :face-icon-small-coo
