i have an 07 rev with an 08 motor anyway lately when i am doing a climb the first two climbs i do it runs holds rpm and climbs great but after that it seems on my third climb when i am in the climb it will start sputtering and not running right so i go back down shut it off let it cool a bit, then go again same thing first couple of climbs runs and sounds great but on the next climb again sputtering sounds terrible rpm dropping just not running right at all, again shut it off let cool first couple of climbs sounds and runs perfect then after that runs horrible anybody have any ideas what it is or anybody ever experienced this type of problem before any input is appreciated

Check your vent lines. I once had a very similar issue, was fine for a couple climbs then sputter and shutdown. I found when I opened the gas cap the problem went away (vapor lock). Check your vent lines and that the valves are going the right direction, and remember that one of the valves with a barb should be open to the atmosphere, albeit tempting to find a connection.

Good Luck

check your compression.

do a cold compression then hot compression. The 2 readings you get shouldn't be more then 10 psi from each other and no more then 5psi difference from cylinder to cylinder
