Are the chain case gears in the pro rmk different then the ones in the assault rmks? I have a 2012 turbo assault rmk and i was having some issues with it eating belts. I talked to Manny at boondocker and he said that the assaults are geared different than the pro and thats my issue. But upon further investigation i found out that both are 20/42 anyone else have any other insight? I also installed more venting and an slp torque arm but havent ridden the sled much since because i broke the BD box overlay open on a tree... :face-icon-small-con

My sled started out as an Assault and I actually geared it up one tooth from stock. Almost 600 miles on the first belt at 12 lbs boost the whole time. IE gearing is NOT your problem. What are you running for clutching? Deflection set right? No broken springs?

no broken springs... im running the boondocker recommended clutching. Deflection could very well be my issue because the belt squeals pretty bad when its sitting at an idle.
