Sometimes the illusion is a valuable marketing tool. I'm sure BD sells more turbo kits overall.....but Silber has sold alot of Pro kits. His pro kits work better than most, equal to any and cost less. Silber turbo's also offers unmatched customer service at all times. Try calling for help to BD on the weekend, Holidays or any other time you are likely to be having a problem with the product.I bet that most if not all of Justin's dealers provide this kind of service as well. We do:face-icon-small-coo

This has always confused me as well. However, I can vouch for the fact the BD sells a ton and doesn't give a rip about logging on to SW to talk all about it. I was at BD on Wednesday to pick up my kit and they had TONS of kits boxed up to ship out. There were about 8 guys running around like crazy well after 6 pm trying to handle all the kits they were shipping. The phones did not stop ringing during the 45 minutes that I was there. People were welding intercoolers, taking phone orders, dealing with Fed Ex, etc.
It kinda confused me that they are that busy but if you just looked at SW threads you would think not much is going on with them.
I don't think anyone has a more loyal, vocal following here on SW than Silbur does, so he must be doing something right. I stuck with BD this year because I was moving from a 2011 Pro with a BD turbo to a 2012 Pro and I just swapped the turbo and upgraded to the BD intercooler. If I was starting from scratch, I honestly don't know who's kit I would have gone with. I'm hoping this is the year that we can get a BD turbo and a Silbur to the same place same time. Anyone in Utah have a Silbur going on their 2012?? I'd love to meet up and actually see how each performs.
But for the record there is a lot going on with BD that no one posts about. I was blown away at all the activity while I was there. It is truly deceiving to form an opinion just based on what you read here on SW. JMO

cool looking kit, it will be interesting to see how it works out in a mountain application(they are changing the intercooler correct?)

That is correct, We will have a water/air system with standalone prototype ecu on the snow december 9th for further re re re testing. Testing for reliability and tunability for all you folks who have been patiently waiting the ultimate kit.

I'm leaning toward precision EFI's kit, the plug and play stand alone looks enticing. Especially for boost, having the ability to tune midrange boost has me sold. I have messed with piggy backs on my s/c toyota tacoma, and always wanted to go standalone, plus without an intercooler the intake charge temps were too high. The intercooler design is a large factor in my decision as well. If they have a good setup i'm sold
