pro rmk tps setting

can you set your tps on the pro rmk using a 5 v regulator by turning the tps on the tb while watching your volt meter?

I did. extensively. I built the tool to do the adjustment. at idle was ok. cant remember what reading was. wide open was 4.38v. dialed it back to 4.0v. never touched the idle screw. big difference. used to fall on its face at 6900 now revs to 8100. no flat spots. just wondering if you have to do the idle screw adjustment because I never read that till later.

Yes you should do the idle check aswell. It may be fine but a double check is worth it.
