Hey folks. Weve been getting a lot of calls on our Pro RMK-Long snowflaps for the spring riding and i just noticed a few threads on how to keep the cooling down on the Pro's.

Just wanted to put up a post so everyone know where to get the Long snowflaps for the Pro RMK chassis.

Feel free to send me a PM or give us a call @ 248-303-8777 with any questions.

Matt:

I haven't worn out the test flap you sent me last year. And it's been bent and curled a few times. Still going strong. Good stuff!

Great product and great company to deal with!

That's awesome Fatdog. Is that the regular length one or the long one?

If it's not the long flap, does anyone know if the longer flap is shaped like that, with the sides cut in? I like it a lot......

SS:

That's the regular one. The long one has straight sides, but I'm sure you could tell them to cut-in the sides for you. Pull up their site on the first post at the top. Put your cursor on the regular flap and it will transfer to the long one w/size dimensions.

Hope this helps.

Hey thx Zrider! I just called them up and ordered the long flap for my Assault. With the Super Man logo, of course.....

Do you have one with the SnoWest logo on it

We have the artwork for the SnoWest logo. It is a custom flap becuase we don thave it as a "Pre Printed" snowflap. If you PM me your email address i can send you a proof for you to take a look at.

Thanks guys!

myself and a friend have the long flap, both work/worked great. only issue we have is keeping it on the sled. i have replaced the rivets on mine multiple times through out the the year. mine is mounted like the stock flap on the outside of the tunnel. my buddy had his mounted on the inside and his flew off somewhere in canada while trailering to gaspe. product is great, tough and looks good, but replacing rivets is getting old.

Try some allen head bolts with lock nuts. I got tired of screwing with rivets also.

Hey Guys.

Yes, with the long flap it is a lot of leverage on the rivets. We are also recomending using nuts and bolts (packaging will reflect this soon) on the Pro RMK-Long flaps.

Do these flaps help cooling while boondocking? Sure like the no fat chicks one.
