Be snowchecking orange 800 rmk just cant fiqure out what track length. Anybody know for the 2012 rmk 155/163 if the rails are straight or tipped up.
Read somewhere that the 155 will be tipped and the 163 will be straight.
Can someone clarify about the rails it will be appreciated.

Both the 155 and 163 will have straight rails this year. They made the change on just the 155's last year.

So last year 163 had tipped up rails and this year not.

I am trying to decide between 155/163 for 2012 snow check right now.

Most reviews I saw for last year said 163 is way to go and that it handled pretty close to 155.

That was with the tipped up rails, what are the thoughts on 163 vs 155 with both having straight rails.

I like to ride trees so 155 sounds good. I am 275 + gear, so that makes 163 sound good.

Go big. I am now eyeing up a 174 for my turbo but think it would push the front end bad in low snow. The 163 is a great all purpose length IMO.
