Pro RMK gearing

Anyone done a gearing change on their pro? Will 19/43 gears work with a stock chain?

The Pro doesn't need lower gearing unless you ride above 12,000' maybe IMHO! Now I am running a clutched Pro but lower gearing would be going in the wrong direction if you ask me (have a tough time keeping the nose down as it is!).

I changed my gearing to 19-43 when I went to the Snowies and loved it. I tried it when I got back to Michigan and again loved it, never changed it back.

I run 20/45 with good results on my clutched buggy with a stock engine, track and suspension.

Rick, I'm assuming you had to change your chain to fit a 45 bottom?

Any clutching recommendations for 1500-3000 ft?

150-340 primary spring with 11-68
Team secondary with i think its red/black maybe 140-210? And a 73-61-.46 helix. Works great at 1200 feet.

I just called Carls Cycle and they are gonna hook me up for clutching. Gonna get the primary balanced too I think as well as revalved shocks. So with the clutching, gearing, hps can, better boards and arctic fx wrap, I should have a pretty sweet ride next year.
