pro rmk 600 rpm's…..

I've been riding my pro rmk 600 this weekend. 5,7 hours, 100 km. It pulls 7950 rpm at 400 meters altitud. It's 10-64 weights. Do I need more hours on it before it pulls about 8250? Whats your experience with the new 600 with a 155" track?

When u find one let me no I've been asking also I don't no what weights are in my 600 pro but I'm riding that same elevation and I'm hitting 8200 constantly.

8200, great! Can you check what weights you have? I know my dealer changed them to 10-64...

I have the chart. Not sure how to scan it in so please see below:

0-1500'-->10-64
1500-3000'-->10-62
3000-5000'-->10-60
5000-7000'-->10-58(stock from the factory)
7000-9000'-->10-56
9000-10000'-->10-54

Helix-->(56/42/.36) all elevations
Drive Clutch Spring-->(Black/Green) all elevations
Driven Clutch Spring-->LH Blk/Pur all elevations

My dealer told me to wait til it had 200 - 250 miles, I was having the same concerns.. something about break in with synthetic oil and the ecu advances after so much time. You may check with your dealer for similiar advice

5,72 MPG for the first 64 miles on the pro 600 and 7950 rpm's after 5,8 hr.
Last year my 2011 RMK 800 was 7,2 MPG and 8250 after 3 hr.

So my 600 takes more gas and has less rpm's. It feels a bit strange… Same riding conditions as last year, trail and in the trees (no deep powder yet) I'll guess I have to put some more miles on the 600...

It will use a lot of fuel if it can't pull Rpm.

I will have a kit out soon-Just some more testing
Will include our gears and springs and weights.

Yes!! things starts to look OK :-)
Pulls 8150 (I saw 8200) with 10-64's after 7,3 hr / 89 miles, 8.71 MPG! Ordered an SLP can yesterday. That will be interesting.
