First couple of rides were in deep snow and stock clutching and I loved my new pro. The RPM was a little down at 9500' feet so I swapped to 58 wieghts and R's up to 8150. Next ride on hard snow. Didn't love the handling so much and I wanted to learn to do turns heading down hill and turn either way and sidehill, which I found difficult compared to a cat. So I read on the forum and tightened the front shock up. Next ride on hard snow with another pro. The front shock with 13 threads below the ring made it better on the trails, but the other pro with front shock with only 3-4 threads below ring was a lot easier to do down hill turns and that rider worked with me on wrong foot forward. So I switched my front shock back to only 3 threads below the ring. I had a lot of fun learning the wrong foot forward and started pulling some killer sidehills (for me) and starting to like the pro more. He was also running 10-60 wieghts and only turning 7850, but his 7850 was better than my 8100 with 10-58. he was quicker and could climb higher. So I put my 10-60 wieghts back in and switched the secondary spring to black purple, the recommended for riding above 8000 feet. I also pulled the sway bar as I wanted it easier to lay over. Rode today and LOVED my sled. Had some cats and switched off and all agreed pro was easier to lay over/handle. Pulling 8000, 41 mph track speed in steep powder climbs. Layed over awesome with no sway bar. Not as good for the trail with no sway bar and looser front shock, but heaven in the trees and steep. I have never had so much fun on a sled. The other guy with a pro is bigger than me and likes it with a sway bar in, but I can pull it over much easier without and wasn't that different on a trail. My 2 cents. Love the sled!
