Nice shootin' I say. I think there are alot more important things to worry about than a friggen bird! So he was intentionally shooting at it in an effort to scare it away, but hit it. BFD.

Basically.... yes.
At what point did an animals life become so important? Cruelty is one thing - but dont expect many people to lose sleep over a bird getting killed.
