Pro Clutching Question..

Hey all.. tried doing a search didn't come up with much..
Bought a holdover Dragon last January, and put a Carl's clutch kit into it.
Like the kit, held revs steady etc.
This year was good at the office so I picked up a new Assault :face-icon-small-ton
However, seeings how the Dragon is now wife/kid/buddy/backup sled, is the kit a good fit for the Pro? Common sense tells me yup but...??

I believe the weights and helix are going to be the same, the only change may be the secondary spring they recommend. post up what they gave you for your dragon that would make it easier to tell you, I just recieved my clutch parts from carls yesterday for my pro.

Have to go back in my notes and get that info..
Hey anyone ever try the Dalton Ind. adjustable weights? Used them in my M7 back in the day and liked how they performed, super easy to fine tune in the field not having to pull the weight from the clutch to swap rivets etc.

I was thinking the weights were certainly different. I honestly thought everything but the spring was different.

Couldn't find my notes, must have buried the book of knowledge on one of the clean-ups in the garage dang it...
Found a pic on the puter where I compared the stock to carl's weight..
Stock were 10-62 and carls were EPI 62.. Was a different helix and shims, but honestly don't remember swapping out primary spring..
Anywho, a call to Carl's the other day to inquire and they said all parts are the same from Dragon to PRO.. SO I will break the Assault in, see how she performs. If all is good just leave it alone as the Dragon runs nice and don't want to monkey with it.
Most likely try a Tied clutch and Dalton weights on the PRO this winter at some point because I just can't leave well enough alone lol...
