pro belt price!

And shipping is only $30.00. Why not support your dealer? Let the flaming begin.

To hell with the flaming, you are right. If people would support their local dealer's, then said dealers would be able to afford decent techs who could then provide better service. I guess in the future people would rather ship their sleds to Babbitt's for service or warranty work.

Yes, just use the Cat 048 belt. They have been getting more consistent rpms for my guys around here and are half the price of the 1115. Just to defend the dealers, Polaris has terrible markup in their belts, so if the belt retails for $169 and you think the dealers are paying $100...........nnnnnnnnoooott so.

nearest polaris dealer to me is 3 hours away. so doesnt make sense for me to pay 100 dollars for fuel when i can do 15 dollars for shipping.

1

I have one on order. I think its a minimal adjustment, but Ive heard about it being a good belt for the Pro.

I can NOT belive the belts are this much to buy, WOW.....
Is anyone using a UltiMAXX or whatever????
I used to buy these for $49 for my REV's, over the $140 Doo belts

AC 048 Belt. Around $58... Put 400 Miles of boost on one last year. Never again buy a 1115 belt.

Not taking sides but my 1115 has had over 1100 miles on it. So every season that's just about $200 to my dealer so I can ride for another season. Never blown a belt yet, then again. It's only a 600...

Sold my 115 right from the start of the season and got 2 048 cat belts and still made money. Took me 3 minutes to adjust the deflection for the cat belt and it runs perfectly. Running side by side with 2 other 2012 pros all 3 saw consistent rpm at 8300. Can't see any difference and have always gotten well over 1000 miles out of cat belts without blowing one. I would never waste money on a 115.

The Polaris belts do get good wear. Plus, clutching changes slightly with belts.

I agree it is good to support a dealer. But as someone stated, there is almost no money to be made by the dealer on belts. Polaris makes the money (or their distrubitor of the belts).

I heard you can run the 3211080 blet that was run on the edge sleds, is that true. If so they are way cheaper and still polaris.
