does anyone know if the handlebars on the standard rmks (the non pro-tapers) are the same as the bars on the rmks before they got the pro tapers?

Bars on my 2011 RMK are 25 1/2" wide, 08 Dragon bars are 26 1/2" wide.
well my buddy had a 07 600 rmk and i never liked the feel of the bars. It's no big deal all this means is that i'm going to get the pro rmk instead.
Bars are a pretty cheap upgrade. Don't know that I would personally let the bars dictate which sled I bought. If the rmk appeals to you more for its features you could upgrade to whatever bars you like and still be cheaper than a new pro. Where do you prefer your controls as well? On the bars or the dash? Depends what you want in the end I suppose.
