primary stuck open?

hey guys changed some springs etc last night and now my primary is stuck open any ideas......everyone is waiting to go riding and my sled wont m move im stuck

Pull the cover off again, take the spring off and make sure the clutch slides in and out. Then make sure you have the cams in right and the rollers are good.

I am gonna say that you might have a bad roller on your spider and a flat weight. If so time for a new spider or a new clutch

no idea removed clutch again and everything is working fine free and loose put spring and cover back in and nothing im thinking primary must not have went on all the way, no other ideas.it worked fine till i touched it

Put the spring and weights back in that you took out then try it.

This isn't by chance a 4 weight 07 M-1000 is it? If it is, you may have a broken/cracked spider giving you fits. Are you sure the new spring is correct for your application and not binding. As stated sbove, go back to your original spring/weights and see what happens.
