Primary Clutch ???

Mnt bound

For all the 900 guys. I have a buddy that just bought an 03 900 with a 162" (add 0n). It has the "older" 9 post clutch on it. His clutch is in bad shape and needs to be replaced. My question is can you put a 33mm "set screw" type primary on that sled? Like off an M6 or M7? And if so what weights and spring?
Riding 8000 to 10000 ft sled is stock motor and exhaust.
I went from an older mt. cat to the m series so I'm not sure on anything 900.:face-icon-small-sho
Thanks for any info,

Clutch

You can put a KK one on but do not put an M on different taper.

I think I have some new KK ones in stock 275.00 uncalibrated.

Yeah, a 33mm taper clutch is what you need. As for weights, use the stock red white spring and 68 gram weights. Thats a good starting point.

33 mm question

can you use the non movable 33mm with the outer movable parts from another clutch off of a smaller taper sled?
